Quality of Life

The following can help improve my quality of life in interaction with other people:

TRUTH
Increasing my ability to know my truth and my freedom to know it. Paying attention to feedback without being controlled by others

ENVIRONMENT
Choosing and helping to create a safe and healthy place in which to live and work

RELATIONSHIPS
Creating friendly and loving relationships with family and friends

CONTRIBUTION
Doing or being in such a way that I believe that I contribute to the well-being for my part of the universe

RESPONSIBILITY
Finding that I can be responsible for the quality of my life and for the ways I respond to outside stimuli

SELF-RESPONSIBILITY
Suggestions:
- use "I" form in speaking
- change from "can't to won't
- change from questions to statements
- notice and trust body language
- accept and express all feelings
- pay attention to breath

Thoughts:
- a thing is what it is - name it
- things get worse before they get better
- life is not about avoiding life
- life inevitably brings movement and change
- the universe is friendly to life.
